The food offered was enjoyable and we appreciated the romantic setting. The hotel was situated near a beautiful natural area and had easy access to nearby attractions. we enjoyed the peace and quiet afforded by the location.
The lack of service and helpfulness from staff members really put a damper on our romantic escape. We were not given any information about the hotel's features or amenities, nor were we directed to the correct floor.
